Market Tax Services Expands to the Kansas City Area

Market Tax Services, a Wichita based CPA firm, opened its second location today, from a merger with Denise Fears, CPA member of local tax firm Fears Case-Harmon & Associates LLC. 

The new combined firm, Fears Cicora and Associates CPAs, begins operations July 1, 2020, after a busy tax season that has been extended during the COVID19 pandemic. Market Tax Services, led by Joshua Cicora, CPA, has been operating in Wichita, Kansas since 2018 and is located at 110 E Waterman, Suite 150, Wichita, KS 67202. Fears Cicora and Associates CPAs, a division of Market Tax Services, will operate at 18920 E Valley View Pkwy Suite H Independence, MO 64055.

Fears has been performing accounting, tax and consulting services for over 30 years and is a member of the Missouri State Society of CPA’s. Fears also serves as the President of the Independence Board of Education and Board Member of the Independence School District Foundation. 

Cicora brings his thirteen years of tax preparation experience. After years of tax advising in the aircraft industry and then being audit and tax manager for other commercial companies, he found his calling working with individuals. Cicora is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Kansas Society of CPAs and the National Association of Tax Preparers. He founded Market Tax Services in 2018, partnering with Market Advisory Group.

This exciting expansion will allow Market Tax Services to reach more of the Kansas City metro area and serve more clients for the 2020 tax year and beyond.
